This apartment in Trump Tower Mumbai was bare shell apartment. we converted it into a beautiful white/gold palace, a dream house for the client who is staying in London.

Considering client living abroad, COVID pandemic situation, intense construction rules & communicating with the client on ZOOM, we completed this project within 6 months. Every part of the house exhumes elegance and luxury but completed within given set cost & time frame.

We decided to design this gorgeous space in white & gold with Modern minimalistic style. White Italian marble flooring used to give rich & spacious appearance to entire house. We added guest bedroom area into living room to make living area bigger in size but at the same time we provided sliding folding partition arrangement to give quick transformation of this area into guest bedroom. The provision of wall bed, wardrobe & dressing area which makes this area as a complete guest bedroom setup when they have guest at home. Wall bed & wardrobe present in living area designed such a way that they look like a backdrop paneling for lounge Sitting arrangement. The mat PU finish sliding folding partitions has its own gold line design pattern so that it will look attractive from living room side when they are closed.

TV unit panel designed with satin & mat tinted mirror used to create partition between living & dining area. Dinning cum bar area adjacent to open kitchen & behind the TV unit panel is in front of the entrance foyer so we designed it as attractive bar cum display area. Grey ZZ mirrors with golden profile shutters enhances the bar area.

We made open kitchen look more dazzling by using white platform, gold hardware & statement wall tiles making it look more glamorous.
